What: Having taken the advice solicited from the weyrleader Issa presents Miniyal with a new schedule. Ella? I'm afraid you just lost the Queen of Breaking Miniyal title. It's passed on to another greenrider. ;)

Who: Miniyal and Neiran
Where: Living cavern
When: Post dinnertime on day 20, month 12, turn 3 of the 7th pass.
What: Miniyal is seated alone in the living cavern when a healer invades her space. Considering the healer in question it is an odd conversation.
Note: I just want to say here for all to see that I <3 Nibbler. This was such an awesome scene.

It's not that she doesn't know she is broken. It's just that she has no clear idea of how to fix herself.

Asking for help would be silly. So, instead Miniyal just flounders along. At the end of the 12th month she finds herself out alone in the middle of the night. Reflection on where she is and how she's going to cope occurs while the brat sleeps.

The idea for this popped into my head as I walked the dog. For the 100th time today. I think I composed most of it while she rolled in the grass.

Who: Arekoth, H'kon, Miniyal, and Peloth
Where: The bowl near the lake
When: 09:14 on day 14, month 12, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: Ditching class a weyrling runs into a wingrider. Their dragons wish to talk to each other. So, what can be done?

Immediately following this scene is this. Miniyal and Peloth discuss the chat the former had with Issa. Peloth forms a sneaky plan. Miniyal is clueless.

Who: Miniyal and Issa
Where: Weyrlingmaster's office
When: 17:16 on day 10, month 12, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: The weyrlings have been given an assignment. Miniyal has some concerns with the subject of this report her group has to do and while waiting to snare the weyrlingmaster gets his wingsecond instead. Who tries to make a point. And doesn't quite do so.

Who: Miniyal and Kazimir (NPC)
Where: A residential hallway
When: Late evening on day 2, month 12, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: While out wandering the weyr at night Miniyal runs into a visiting dignitary. She discusses with Kazimir the general truths of the truth and the specific truths of someone they both knew. This takes place the same day as the welcome gathering for the Caucus celebration.
Note: I've said it in the past. I say it again. <3 Benden. Kazimir is always so much fun.

Who: Miniyal and Reyce
Where: Records room
When: Afternoon on day 6, month 12, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: What happens when two people not known for their social skills interact? This. Right here.

Who: Miniyal and S'ol
Where: Weyrling training cavern
When: Middle of the night on day 24, month 11, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: Insomnia strikes a couple of weyrlings. Miniyal offers S'ol a suggestion on how he might find sleep. It is all perfectly innocent and fine and nothing wrong. Other than breaking the curfew thing. That's it.

Who: Miniyal and H'kon with Peloth and Arekoth
Where:: Feeding pens
When: Late afternoon on day 20, month 11, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: Peloth gets a hankering for a snack. Miniyal follows her along because it gets her out of doing something else. H'kon comes along as Arekoth is roped into 'supervising.' What do they discuss? Nothing at all that would upset any weyrwomen or anything like that. Nope. Not at all. In the least.

( It is not easy, sir, being dedicated to the truth. )

Who: Miniyal and Maglin
Where: Records room
When: 13:11 on day 16, month 11, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: Busy with her own research (likely to cause more trouble) Miniyal is interrupted by a new Caucus student. Maglin gets a proper welcome to the weyr. As only Miniyal can do. She should be the official greeter like what Walmart has. "Hi, welcome to High Reaches Weyr. Please don't mind the blood stains and social upheaval."

Who: Ellaia, H'kon, Miniyal
Where: Living cavern
When: Dinnertime on day 10, month 11, turn 3 of the 7th Pass
What: Miniyal had, in the past, threatened H'kon with horrors on his birthday. She makes good on that threat by presenting him with a cake in the living cavern. There is no singing and no one jumps out of said cake. It goes. . .surprisingly well after a rocky start. Ellaia comes in for a brief bit at the end. Even an extra person does not make things splodey.

Who: Miniyal and Roa
Where: North weyr
When: After lunch on day 10, month 11, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: Miniyal has been up to 'things' and Roa becomes aware of some of them. This requires a scolding, err, talking to, err, conversation. It's like old times with the disapproval and the hurt and the not getting along.

Who: J'sek, K'rom, Miniyal, and Roa
Where: Living Cavern
When: Evening on 5, month 11, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: The graduating weyrlings have a little to do in the living cavern. A couple of weyrwoman come by to offer congratulations.
Note: I got there late. There was RP before me. But, here is what I was there for.

THAT day. :) I did say Miniyal went to her parents. And, my brain likes knowing everything that it can about that sad day should I want to use it later. So, the last of the immediate mourning process.Woe. Weep. Sadness.

This, in case you wondered, completes the writings of That Day. While there is what happened later for Min. The cleaning of the room. The storing of things. The dinner from her mother. None of it bears writing on. By then she'd shut down.

Who: Miniyal and R'en with Peloth and Sehkrath
Where: Weyrling training cavern
When: 12:49 on day 4, month 11, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: R'en comes to Miniyal to ask a favor. It is similar in nature to one asked her by another rider not so long ago. She handles it slightly better. Although the weyr's leaders might not see it that way.

( R'van and Roa will know. Ask them. )

Who: Miniyal and H'kon
Where: Upper caverns
When: 19:40 on day 28, month 10, turn 3 of the 7th Pass.
What: H'kon happens upon Miniyal and engages her in conversation. Condolences are offered. He asks for her assitance in information gathering. She is, well, an utter bitch. Poor H'kon. :(

Who: Miniyal and Neiran
Where: Infirmary
When: Morning on day 21, month 10, turn 3 of the 7th Pass. (BACKDATED)
What: To say goodbye, Miniyal visits the infirmary. Neiran is in there and the two converse. It is, oddly enough, rather like the old conversations they used to have way long ago. Familiar and so very different at the same time.
Note: I've included an extra pose here in the log that was not in the scene. What was said/done when she said goodbye. I like gimmicks.
